The Role
The Director – Product Management will own and scale a maintenance product portfolio, driving innovation, frontline productivity, and business outcomes for enterprise customers in asset‑intensive industries. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands‑on execution across discovery, delivery, GTM, and stakeholder management.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for a maintenance product suite, ensuring scalability, usability, and measurable impact on frontline productivity and business KPIs.
- Drive the full product lifecycle: customer discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, execution with engineering, and post‑launch adoption and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with customers, sales, CS, and implementation teams to identify problems, validate solutions, and translate complex business workflows into intuitive product experiences.
- Define and track product success metrics, leveraging data to drive decisions on feature enhancements, deprecations, and long‑term investments.
- Partner with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, demos, and enablement for enterprise customers in maintenance / operations / FinTech / AR domains as applicable.
- Mentor and lead product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Prepare and present business cases, product proposals, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement of product processes and rituals.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of product management experience with at least 2–3 years in a senior / lead PM or Associate Director level role owning a product or portfolio.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS products such as maintenance / field operations / EAM or similar enterprise workflows.
- Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle and shipping impactful features in close partnership with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading high‑performing teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders without authority.
- Comfort with data, experimentation, and using analytics to drive prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills, including customer‑facing product demonstrations.
- MBA or equivalent business education from a reputed institute is a plus.
- Exposure to GTM, proposals, SOWs, and commercial aspects of product deals is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance / frontline operations / asset‑heavy industries or related SaaS platforms.
- Comfort with analytical tools (Sheets, BI / dashboard tools, basic SQL or equivalent) to analyze product usage and performance.
